Partos

logo_partosPartos was officially launched on 6 October 2004 as the umbrella association for Dutch non-governmental organizations in the field of international development cooperation, including poverty alleviation, humanitarian intervention, human rights and sustainable development. Partos supports its member organizations by working to increase professionalism throughout the sector and helping it to position itself clearly in the public eye. NCIV decided to become a member of Partos and participated as one of the founding organizations in the launch in 2004. For more information about Partos: www.partos.nl

Since 1969, NCIV is an NGO that supports the promotion, recognition and protection of indigenous peoples' rights. NCIV brings the issues and views of indigenous peoples to the attention of the Dutch government, civil society, business and science and works to encourage them to make a positive contribution to improving the situation of indigenous peoples at national and international levels.
