For more than 35 years NCIV published its own magazine about indigenous peoples, initially titled ‘Tribaal’, later on ‘Tribaal Nieuws’ and, since 1993, eventually ‘Indigo’. After publishing Indigo for almost 15 years, NCIV decided in 2007 to discontinue the magazine, because the number of subscribers remained very limited and the costs of producing the magazine no longer weighed against the achieved outreach. An electronic newsletter then replaced the magazine ‘Indigo’.
